SRX21905962: Short Illumina reads of Quercus alba
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 75.4M spots, 22.4G bases, 8.2Gb downloads

Design: Sequencing was conducted on various Illumina machines to generate 150-bp paired-end reads
Submitted by: University of Tennessee, Knoxville
Study: A haplotype-resolved reference genome of Quercus alba sheds light on the evolutionary history of oaks
show Abstracthide Abstract
We report the first haplotype-resolved chromosome-scale genome assembly of Quercus alba and conducted comparative analyses of genome structure and gene content against other published Fagaceae genomes. In addition, we probed the genetic diversity of this widespread species and investigated its phylogenetic relationships with other oaks using whole genome data.
